Your brand can publish useful content, promote it to target accounts and still have little evidence that the right organisations are engaging. Standard analytics reports page views and events, but often leaves the network context that could help a team judge audience fit out of sight.
Not only that, in this age of AI and automated information retrieval not identifying and understanding the difference between “good” bots and “bad” bots further cripples your insight into your user and audience’s activity.
Truly Analytics Network Intelligence helps brand, marketing and sales teams see which organisation and network types are behind website activity, which pages they access and what engagement they generate. The result is an organisation-level view of content reach inside Google Analytics, with selected events available for CRM workflows through separately configured Event Hooks.

Reach is not the same as relevant reach ¶
A campaign can generate visits without showing whether those visits came from the organisations, sectors or account types a brand wanted to reach. This makes it harder to assess whether technical documentation, research, product pages or campaign resources are being read by the intended market.
The gap is obvious for brands that sell to businesses or public institutions. A network associated with a target organisation is the difference between hitting the target and harvesting more noise. Repeated activity across product, pricing and resource pages can help teams decide what to investigate or where to focus content and sales attention, but only if you know that that activity is coming from existing or potential clients.
Network Intelligence adds that context at the network or organisation level. It is designed to help answer questions such as:
- Are the organisations we want to reach appearing in our audience?
- Which content or product pages are their networks accessing?
- Is a target sector engaging with a new campaign or resource?
- Does activity appear to come from a business, public-sector, mobile, residential, VPN, proxy or cloud network?
- How much of our traffic are bots, likely real humans or automations working on behalf of real humans?
How the workflow works ¶
- Install Truly Analytics on the pages you want to measure. It can run on selected pages or across a site, alongside an existing Google Analytics setup.
- Collect page views and meaningful events. Use the events relevant to the brand’s questions, such as visits to product pages, resource downloads or video engagement.
- Review available network context. Truly Analytics automatically enriches activity with network and organisation information where available.
- Review the result in Google Analytics. Analyse the networks, pages and events together in the reporting environment the team already uses.
- Route selected activity when an operational response is useful. On the managed service, separately configured Event Hooks can send specific events to a CRM or other configured systems. This includes direct filtering of network traffic.
The useful outcome is a clearer view of which parts of a brand’s content are reaching relevant organisation types, plus a route for turning selected activity into a human review or an agreed workflow.
Data sources and integrations ¶
Network Intelligence uses the network associated with a website request and publicly available network information to classify traffic. Depending on what can be attributed, reporting may include an organisation, internet service provider, mobile network, hosting or cloud provider, VPN or proxy, and automated traffic category. You can see live report examples in Google Analytics showing organisation networks, activity and traffic from Anthropic’s network.
As Truly Analytics interfaces with Google Analytics directly, you can continue to use the same reporting system used by companies the world over. For teams that need an operational response, Event Hooks can forward selected events to downstream systems such as CRMs. Event Hooks require configuration around the events and destinations that matter; Network Intelligence does not automatically resolve a visitor to a CRM contact.
Real Example - AI Lab Queries ¶
Truly Analytics & our clients get quoted by AI Labs including Anthropic’s Claude. We can see Anthropic network activity directly analysing one of our Cybersecurity client’s documentation pages. This would be just another user in regular Google Analytics, but with Network Intelligence we can clearly see that our AI SEO has drawn in the bots.
