GoodAITools is another broadly populated AI tools directory offering individual product pages and backlinks. Its design, submission process and commercial model appear almost identical to AIinlink.com and several other directories, meaning they’re probably operated by the same company or built from the same platform.
An accepted GoodAITools submission receives a dedicated directory page containing:
The listing is conventional and provides enough information to create a reasonably substantial product page. Its main attraction is not the directory’s apparent audience, but the backlink from a domain with an unusually high rating.
| Requirement | Details |
|---|---|
| Website URL | The product website and backlink destination |
| Product name | The name displayed on the listing |
| Logo | The product’s primary branding |
| Screenshots | Images demonstrating the product |
| Categories | Relevant directory classifications |
| Pricing | A broad indication of the pricing model |
| Short description | A concise product summary |
| Long description | A more detailed explanation of the product |
| Reciprocal backlink | Required for the free submission route |
The submission process is straightforward, although the site itself feels copied from several similar AI directories rather than built around a distinct audience or product-discovery experience.
Truly Analytics was submitted to GoodAITools on 2 August 2026.
The listing was published and appeared in Google search within days. This is a considerably better result than we experienced with most of the smaller AI directories, where submitted pages either remained unpublished or could not be found by search engines.
The live page provides a backlink to Truly Analytics. Combined with GoodAITools’ domain rating of 74, that makes the placement useful as a straightforward SEO submission.
However, First Party Attribution recorded no traffic from goodaitools.com:
| Metric | Recorded result |
|---|---|
| Events | 0 |
The directory produced an indexed backlink but no measurable referral traffic during the reviewed period.
GoodAITools had a domain rating of 74 when checked. This is exceptionally high for a generic AI directory and substantially higher than its design, apparent activity and overall presentation would suggest.
Domain rating is a third-party metric rather than proof of genuine authority or audience quality. Nevertheless, an indexed link from a DR 74 domain is more attractive than an undiscovered link from one of the many low-authority AI directories.
| Option | Cost | Supplied details |
|---|---|---|
| Free listing | $0 | Product listing and backlink in exchange for linking back to the directory |
| 25-directory package | $25 | Submission to 25 directories |
| 50-directory package | $50 | Submission to 50 directories |
The free option requires a reciprocal backlink. Whether that exchange is worthwhile depends on the value of the linking page and whether you are comfortable adding a directory link to your own website.
The paid packages sell bulk directory submissions rather than additional exposure within GoodAITools itself.
A reasonable backlink play, but nothing more.
GoodAITools looks and behaves almost exactly like several other generic AI directories. Its structure provides little evidence of a meaningful human audience, and there is no obvious reason to expect genuine customers to browse the site looking for analytics products.
The backlink result was considerably better. The Truly Analytics listing was published and appeared in Google within days, demonstrating that the individual page was crawlable and indexable. That immediately places GoodAITools ahead of the many directories where submissions disappear or remain undiscovered.
Its DR 74 rating is also difficult to ignore. The figure appears unusually high relative to the quality and activity visible on the website, so it should not be accepted as proof that the link will materially improve rankings. Even so, an indexed backlink from a domain with that rating represents a plausible SEO benefit.
Truly Analytics recorded no events from goodaitools.com. The placement should therefore be treated purely as a backlink rather than a source of referral traffic, leads or product discovery.
The free submission is worth considering if you are comfortable providing a reciprocal link. However, businesses should avoid cluttering important pages with directory backlinks merely to qualify for speculative placements.
GoodAITools is one of the more defensible directory submissions we have tested because the listing actually appeared in Google and came from a highly rated domain. Submit for the backlink if the exchange makes sense, but do not expect visitors or customers from it.
Truly Analytics established that GoodAITools delivered an indexed backlink but no measurable referral activity.
First Party Attribution distinguishes between SEO exposure and genuine visitors reaching a website. In this case, the backlink existed and was indexed, but it did not produce any attributed traffic during the reviewed period.
Truly Analytics helps organisations understand who is visiting their website, what their real traffic looks like, where it came from, and which marketing and sales activity delivers genuine value.
